These terms are not designed to restrict your experience — they protect your account, your deposits, and your right to fair play. This user agreement sets out the rules that govern your relationship with LuckyBunny and applies to every person who accesses or uses the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

LuckyBunny reserves the right to update this user agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

1. Eligibility

Access to LuckyBunny is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria. Failure to satisfy any condition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of LuckyBunny or any affiliated entity.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
You must not be classified as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register to which LuckyBunny is a signatory.

LuckyBunny operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions will be reported to the relevant authorities and all funds held in the account will be confiscated.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on LuckyBunny. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to review. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is a material breach of this user agreement and may result in permanent account closure without refund of deposited funds.

Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
Notify LuckyBunny immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
Keep your registered email address current so that important account communications are received.

LuckyBunny is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account details secure. We will never request your password via email or live chat.

3. Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling and regulatory compliance, LuckyBunny is required to verify the identity of all account holders. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or upon request by our compliance team.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is €20 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. LuckyBunny does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
LuckyBunny reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting the funds or releasing associated bonuses.
Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method without the ability to claim a bonus.
LuckyBunny is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

If a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, LuckyBunny reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the relevant financial authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement completion. LuckyBunny processes verified withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines specified in the cashier section of the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 per request. The maximum withdrawal limit is €5,000 per day. Withdrawal requests exceeding this limit will be processed across multiple business days unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for your account tier.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
LuckyBunny may request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to separate withdrawal conditions as described in Section 6.
LuckyBunny is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank or payment processor.

LuckyBunny reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request it deems necessary. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of an internal review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

LuckyBunny offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by this user agreement and by any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion, is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless otherwise stated.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to wagering completion.
LuckyBunny reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
Free spins and no-deposit bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless the promotion states otherwise.
Winnings generated by bonus funds may be capped as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has begun, the offer cannot be cancelled or reversed.

7. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements define the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds, or a combination of bonus and deposit funds, before a withdrawal can be made. These requirements exist to ensure the integrity of promotional offers and to prevent systematic financial exploitation.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applied to bonuses at LuckyBunny is 35x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of €100 requires €3,500 in eligible wagers before the resulting balance may be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
Contribution rates for each game category are published in the bonus terms section of the platform.
Wagers placed that exceed the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering and may result in bonus cancellation.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any active bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8. Games and Fair Play

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, the round will be settled according to the state of the game at the point of interruption using the data held on the game server. The server record is the definitive record of game outcomes in all disputes.
